The Building

Paramount Miami Worldcenter is a 60-story condominium tower at 851 NE 1st Avenue, the residential centerpiece of the Miami Worldcenter development in Downtown Miami. It was developed by Daniel Kodsi's Paramount Ventures and completed in 2019, and at about 700 feet — designed by architecture firm Elkus Manfredi — it is one of Downtown's signature new towers.
Its 569 residences run from one- to four-bedroom homes up to penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling glass, spacious terraces and sweeping views over the Downtown Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay and out toward the ocean. Bright, contemporary layouts finished to a 2019 standard.
